Adult Therapist (FILLED)
Description (Anticipated Opening in the Spring of 2024)
Do you have an exceptional ability to build rapport with your clients? Are you clear that the relationship you build with a client is the cornerstone of your work as an adult therapist? That all techniques learned in graduate school must be employed only to the extent that they build on that foundation.
Do your clients see you as a resource for life? Someone who they can pause their work with, confident that they can return as needed over the months and years? Are your termination sessions celebrations of progress while also being “goodbye for now,” not “goodbye forever”?
Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your practice with part-time to full-time, flexible hours? Unlimited earning potential with a 100% commission pay structure, as well as benefits including flexible work hours and a 4% 401K matching program.
If you have a passion for helping adults develop and heal, call us.

- Experience working in person with mid-life adults, specifically those 30 years of age and above

- Comfortable working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship, or employment concerns.
- Willingness to conduct in-person sessions, including some after-hours shifts such as weekends or evenings, to accommodate the scheduling needs of adult clients.
