Petra Desmond is the office manager at Kentlands Psychotherapy, where she oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the practice. She works closely with both the clinical and administrative teams, as well as directly with clients, helping to ensure a smooth, supportive experience and thoughtful coordination across all aspects of care – from a client’s first interaction with the practice through their ongoing care with their clinician.
With a background in business administration and marketing, Petra supports the practice’s continued growth while maintaining the personalized, boutique-style experience Kentlands Psychotherapy is known for. She oversees many of the behind-the-scenes processes that keep the practice running smoothly, allowing clinicians and staff to stay fully focused on providing attentive, high-quality care.
Petra is generally in the office on Mondays and works remotely for the remainder of the week. She is fluent in English, French, and German.
