Andrew Stoy

Andrew J. Stoy

Client Experience Coordinator and Technology Integration Lead

Andrew Stoy serves as our Client Experience Coordinator and Technology Integration Lead. In this dual role, he bridges the gap between our clinical operations and the technology systems that support your care. His primary focus is optimizing the client journey—ensuring that from your very first web click or phone call, your path to receiving care is smooth, intuitive, and welcoming. Andrew has expanded Kentlands Psychotherapy’s digital infrastructure to integrate secure communication workflows, streamlining patient intake and reducing common administrative barriers that delay mental health support. Whether managing our in-office technology stack, ensuring a peaceful, modern waiting room experience, or refining our digital interface for easier accessibility, Andrew works behind the scenes to safeguard your data and elevate your care.

In addition to his systems architecture work, Andrew facilitates our community outreach and educational programming, coordinating lunch-and-learn presentations both at our office and with organizations throughout the greater Gaithersburg area. With a background in crisis intervention from his work at a suicide prevention hotline and undergraduate training in business, Andrew brings a rare combination of compassionate, trauma-informed client care and technical expertise to our team. He is currently pursuing graduate studies in Psychology, deepening his commitment to evidence-based practice and human-centered design in mental health systems.

For lunch-and-learn inquiries or questions about scheduling and services, Andrew can be reached at AStoy@KentlandsPsychotherapy.com and (240) 252-3349.
